Client Cancellations
More than 24 Hours Before the Session:
Clients may cancel or reschedule a session without penalty if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.Less than 24 Hours Before the Session:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the session cost, at the therapist's discretion.
If a client does not attend a session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee may be charged.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made through the app by navigating to your booking history or contacting the therapist directly via the in-app messaging system.
Adequate Notice:
Therapists are required to give clients at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session.Late Cancellations or No-Shows by Therapists:
If a therapist cancels within 24 hours or fails to attend the session, the client will be entitled to:A full refund of the session fee.
Assistance in rebooking with the same or a different therapist, as preferred.
Refunds for Cancellations
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method or credited to your Source App account.

Frequent cancellations or no-shows may result in:

Review of account standing and potential suspension from the platform.
